The Board of Directors set the foundation’s mission, values, and overall goals; delivers workshops; provides policy advice and consultancy to universities and associations; and supervises internships.

Peer Educators

OBOV vitalizes community engagement by training young people into becoming workshop facilitators, known as Peer Educators.

Peer Educators graduate from our training program with experience and skills to support survivors of sexual violence, mediate difficult and sensitive conversations, and educate participants on topic-specific knowledge.

Consent at UvA

As a student branch of the foundation at the University of Amsterdam, we witness violence first-hand and have direct contact with students. We aim to raise awareness of sexual violence at the university through
campaigns, events, and projects.
